Enterprise · personal setup

BubbleBeer connects to the business landscape you already use.

Together with your team or IT, we determine which systems lead, which data BubbleBeer needs and how a controlled, tenant-authorised connection can be established.

Personal setup with your team

The customer, its IT team and a BubbleBeer employee or qualified mentor jointly review:

  • Existing systems and responsible IT contacts
  • Master data for customers, products, prices and resources
  • Leading systems and data to be connected
  • Interfaces and sources the tenant can authorise

The tenant remains the integration boundary

BubbleBeer preferably connects systems authorised by the company, such as its ERP, DMS, CRM, inventory system or internal data sources. Unnecessary direct dependencies on manufacturers or suppliers are avoided.

Possible integration paths

API

A tenant-approved REST or other suitable interface.

Read-only data access

Secure read access to provided database views or data sources.

SFTP & structured exports

Controlled ingestion of CSV, XML, JSON or other suitable export formats.

Local connector

A future option for approved systems available only inside the company network.

Read-only first

New integrations preferably begin with read access. Write access is enabled only after separate technical and functional approval.

Familiar references remain intact

BubbleBeer uses stable internal IDs while retaining source system, external ID, original product or customer reference and last sync status.

Continuity during an interruption

Data already imported cleanly and required by BubbleBeer remains available in its tenant-bound domain model. An unavailable source shows the last successful sync.

The suitable and currently feasible connection is assessed for each Enterprise project. API, SFTP and local connectors are not a blanket promise of immediate availability.
