If BubbleBeer cannot make the promised Professional scope production-ready and usable by then, we refund the one-time Founders Pass fee in full. No voucher, credit or partial refund.

What is the Founders Pass?
A one-time early-adopter pass for companies, self-employed people and users acting professionally or commercially.
What does it cost?
EUR 99 once plus any legally applicable VAT. There is no recurring Pass fee.
What do I receive?
The right to use BubbleBeer Professional for twelve consecutive months at the Starter tariff price.
When do my twelve months begin?
Only when you deliberately activate the advantage. Purchase and Starter use do not start it automatically.
Must I activate Professional immediately?
No. You can use Starter first and activate later when your business needs Professional.
When is the activation deadline?
31 December 2027. After that, the unactivated upgrade right expires.
What happens if I interrupt my subscription?
The twelve calendar months continue and do not pause. If you return within the period, you can use the remaining time where supported by the final subscription architecture.
What happens after twelve months?
The special advantage ends and the regular tariff terms then in force apply.
Is the Founders Pass transferable?
No. It is bound to the registered tenant or business and is not transferable or resalable.
What if BubbleBeer is not production-ready by 1 January 2027?
If the promised Professional scope is not production-ready and usable, the full EUR 99 Pass fee is refunded.
Is there a pro-rata refund if I choose not to use it?
Generally no. The fee is not declining credit. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
