Mentors form the human bridge between BubbleBeer, SUSI and the business. They know the system from practical experience and provide qualified guidance to Business tenants through adoption and everyday use.

The starting point

The partner programme can be the beginning.

At least ten active, self-referred BubbleBeer tenants open the possibility to apply to the Mentor Academy. They guarantee neither admission nor mentor status.

Personal qualification

More than a course and a multiple-choice test.

At least ten active, self-referred tenants open the possibility to apply. They guarantee neither admission nor mentor status. During the build-up phase, company leadership aims to assess and guide candidates personally, or professionally by video with camera, screen sharing and hands-on work in the system.

A quality promise in the Business plan

SUSI knows the software. The mentor knows the person.

BubbleBeer sells Business only when a suitable mentor with free capacity can genuinely provide the promised personal guidance.

No suitable, available mentor means no Business contract.Without suitable support, the customer can choose Professional or move to Business later. This keeps the service promise real.

Proximity and matching

Personal, regional and appropriate.

A Business customer may be guided by the mentor who introduced them to BubbleBeer. If there is no suitable existing match, they can later choose an available mentor by country, region, location, language, experience and capacity. This page does not implement a technical mentor search.

Quality remains visible

Becoming a mentor is a qualification. Remaining one means delivering quality.

Feedback, reliability, guidance quality, activity and compliance with BubbleBeer standards should form a robust overall picture. One critical rating does not trigger automatic sanctions. Persistently inadequate quality may lead to suspension or withdrawal of status.

Senior status is not reached by a number alone. Experience, product competence, brand commitment, leadership and personal suitability matter. The first Senior Mentors are intended to be qualified by company leadership.
