SUSI is already at work.
At Team RiFu, SUSI supports real customer communication and real business processes. That operational experience is where BubbleBeer begins—not a claim that the product is finished.

The next step
BubbleBeer did not begin as a startup story. It began alongside a real operating business—from work that had to be done every day, and from the question of how that work could give time back.
The story behind BubbleBeer
The film follows the path from a real operational problem through SUSI to BubbleBeer—and why a new stage of development begins now.
The origin
In Team RiFu’s day-to-day operation, customer communication and business processes had to keep moving. What was needed was not another piece of software to operate, but support that could take on real work. That is how SUSI came to life.

What this made possible
While the business kept running, room for development emerged. For almost a year, the work continued in different places—Mallorca, Germany and on the road, on tablet and computer. Not as a holiday story, but within the reality of building a business.
The transition
What began as an internal operational system grew into a platform idea for other companies. Customers, cases, appointments, products, quotes and invoices should no longer live on separate islands, but in one connected workflow.
Today
Today there is real operational experience, a working SUSI, a public BubbleBeer demo, a concrete platform architecture and an already visible product world. BubbleBeer remains in development. That honesty is part of the project’s current status.
The invitation
BubbleBeer is opening up to business owners, strategic partners, experienced people, early supporters and investors who want to understand this next stage and explore it in conversation. This page is not a public securities offering and makes no promise of participation.
The existing appointment route is a non-binding first point of contact: a conversation, not an automated investment process.
